Massload’s T24 wireless load shackles are based on the industry standard Crosby bolt type shackle and come in capacities of 8.5t, 12t, 17t, 25t, 35t. The shackles are equipped with wire lock pin for fast assembly and disassembly.
Massload’s load pins are internally gauged and made from the highest quality traceable US or European Stainless Steel.
The 2.4 Ghz wireless transmitters come with an internal antenna enclosed within a rugged and virtually indestructible enclosure ensuring the antenna cannot be damaged by rough handling. The transmitter is powered by 2 AA batteries and goes into sleep mode when not in use, extending battery life to over 500 hours continuous use equivalent. The wireless signal is very robust providing an open field range up to 2000 ft at 3m height.
Our T24 Wireless Load Shackle transmits load to a variety of T24 wireless readout indicator options including the WL-T24-HS single channel handheld LCD display, the WL-T24-HA 12-channel handheld LCD display, the WL-T24-BSu base station for data capture on PC, and the WL-T24-AO1i for wirelessly interfacing to 4-20mA PLC input.
Massload’s Wireless Load Shackles are manufactured and calibrated in-house through our VCAP certified Quality Management System.
