1100 Double-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell Transducer
This load cell transducer is designed for rigid mount and very rugged applications. A key feature of this load cell is that the bolt holes are located at the bottom of the load cell which allows it to be mounted from a base beneath the load cell. This makes it an ideal sensor for onboard weighing and any other situation where dynamic loads may be applied. Because of this design, it is the standard load cell for Massload’s truck axle pad scales and weigh-in-motion scales.

ML-1100-25K-AXL
A key feature of this load cell is that the end bolt holes are located at the bottom of the load cell which allows it to be mounted from a base beneath the load cell. Because of this design, it is the standard load cell for Massload’s axle pad scales.
ML-1100-50K-AXL
This is a higher capacity load cell (50,000 lb). It is typically used in Massload axle pads when extra shock loading is present.
ML-1100-25K-WIM
A key feature of this load cell is the counter sink at the top of the end bolt holes which allows it to be mounted from above into the base plate. Because of the design, it is the standard load cell for our permanent Weight-In-Motion platforms.
