Z15000 / Z30000 / Z100000 Mounting Kit for Compression Low-Profile Load Cells
The Laumas Z15000, Z30000, and Z100000 are galvanized S355JR structural steel mounting kits for compression low-profile load cells (CBL, CBX, CX series), supporting up to 30,000 kg (66,139 lb), 50,000 kg (110,231 lb), and 100,000 kg (220,462 lb) respectively. They feature AISI 304 stainless steel lateral laminas, anti-tilt threaded rods, and a construction-safe installation process.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The Z15000, Z30000, and Z100000 are large-capacity mounting kits for low-profile compression load cells in the heaviest industrial weighing applications. The Z15000 supports up to 30,000 kg (66,139 lb), the Z30000 up to 50,000 kg (110,231 lb), and the Z100000 up to 100,000 kg (220,462 lb). Upper and lower plates are galvanized S355JR structural steel — providing a cost-effective alternative to full stainless kits for standard industrial environments — while the horizontal constraint laminas are AISI 304 stainless steel. Anti-tilt threaded rods with self-locking nuts provide stability against tipping under wind, vibration, and seismic loads.
Installation uses a placeholder pipe during construction to protect the load cell from heat, vibration, and debris, with the actual cell inserted only after all work is complete. Optional stainless shims, adapters, and turnbuckle accessories are available for fine-tuning lateral constraints and height adjustment.
Most Common Applications: Very large industrial silos and bulk storage tanks, heavy-duty process vessel weighing, large platform and floor scales, outdoor bulk material weighing structures.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.
NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales.
For NBSCIA's purpose to check crop yield and estimate tones of manure applied and fertilizer application on test plots the Ultraslim LCD proved to be the best choice.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
