Z10000 Mounting Kit for Compression Low-Profile Load Cells
The Laumas Z10000 is a galvanized S355JR structural steel construction mounting kit for compression low-profile load cells (CBL, CBX, CX series), supporting up to 15,000 kg (33,069 lb). It features AISI 304 stainless steel laminas for lateral force resistance and anti-tilt threaded rods.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The Z10000 is a heavy-duty mounting kit for low-profile compression load cells at capacities up to 15,000 kg (33,069 lb). Upper and lower plates are galvanized S355JR structural construction steel for robust, cost-effective performance in standard industrial environments, while the horizontal constraint laminas are AISI 304 stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance. Anti-tilt threaded rods with self-locking nuts provide structural stability against tipping under vibration, wind, and seismic conditions.
The installation follows the same construction-safe procedure as the V-series kits: the system is first built with a placeholder pipe in place of the load cell, then the actual cell is inserted once all construction and finishing work is complete. Stainless steel shims are available for fine height adjustment after installation. Designed for silos, tanks, mixing machines, hoppers subject to vibrations because of parts in motion.
Most Common Applications: Large industrial tank and silo weighing, heavy platform and floor scale installations, process vessel weighing.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
