TF500 / TF2000 / TF2000Z Mounting Kit for Shear Beam Load Cells
The Laumas TF500, TF2000, and TF2000Z are mounting kits for shear beam load cells (FTK, FTKL, FTP, FT-P, FTZ series) supporting up to 500 kg (1,102 lb) and 2,000 kg (4,409 lb). They feature a stainless steel and rubber compression joint upper plate for misalignment compensation, and a transport locking screw, suitable for 3-point or more support structures.

The TF500, TF2000, and TF2000Z mounting kits are engineered for shear beam load cell installations on weighing structures with three or more support points, at capacities up to 500 kg (1,102 lb) for the TF500 and up to 2,000 kg (4,409 lb) for the TF2000 and TF2000Z. The TF500 and TF2000 use AISI 304 stainless steel lower plates and blocks, while the TF2000Z uses galvanized steel for more economical installations.
All three feature a unique upper plate with a compression joint made of AISI 304 stainless steel and rubber that absorbs minor angular misalignments between the weighed structure and the load cell. A transport locking screw secures the load cell during shipping and installation, preventing damage. These kits are widely used under platform legs, conveyor frames, and small industrial tanks where three or more supports are present.
