The Laumas FTK is an AISI 4340 nickel plated alloy steel bending and shear beam load cell available in capacities from 75 kg to 5,000 kg with OIML R60 C3 certification and IP67/IP68 protection. Manufactured in Italy, the FTK delivers a combined error of ? ±0.02% and is ATEX/IECEx certified for use in hazardous areas, making it a highly versatile sensor for industrial platform, tank, and hopper weighing.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The FTK covers a wide capacity range from 75 to 300 kg as a bending beam and 500 to 5,000 kg as a shear beam load cell in a single product family. Constructed from AISI 4340 nickel plated steel, the FTK is extremely resistant to corrosion and mechanical wear. Its combined error of ? ±0.02% ensures highly accurate measurements across the full capacity range, and OIML R60 C3 certification (1,000 to 5,000 kg) qualifies it for use in legal-for-trade applications. The load cell is rated IP67 for the 75 to 300 kg bending beam capacities and IP68 for the 500 to 5,000 kg shear beam capacities, providing excellent environmental protection for both indoor and outdoor installations. With a maximum excitation of 15 V, rated output of 2 mV/V ±0.1%, and a compensated temperature range of -10°C to +40°C, the FTK is suited to a wide range of industrial weighing environments. ATEX/IECEx certification is available for hazardous area use, and a range of mounting kits are available to simplify installation on virtually any scale structure.
