Massload Wireless Tension Link to Wireless Handheld display
The Massload Wireless Tension Link with Handheld Display combines a high-capacity IP67 tension load cell with a Mantracourt T24-HK 2.4 GHz wireless handheld display, giving operators instant load readings in the field — no cables, no control room required. The T24-HK connects to up to 12 tension links, with individual and summed (in development) readings on a single display. The standard Massload Wireless Tension Link also include a Pelican Case for protection and easy transportation.
PRODUCT DETAILS
Massload tension links are high-capacity load cells engineered to accurately measure tension and pull force in the most demanding lifting, hoisting, and rigging operations. Built from electroless nickel-coated high-strength alloy steel and sealed to IP67, they deliver reliable measurements in harsh outdoor and industrial environments.
Every tension link is designed using the latest 3D modeling and FEA analysis technology, and manufactured through a specialized Quality Management System. Openings at each end allow for easy connection to shackles, wire rope, or other rigging, while the rugged construction provides excellent resistance to side loading. The compact, lightweight design minimizes headspace requirements and makes each unit easy to transport and deploy in the field, whether on a crane deck, a construction site, or a remote recovery operation.
Available in capacities ranging from 10,000 lb (4,536 kg) to 250,000 lb (113,400 kg), each tension link is multi-point calibrated, with a 200% safe overload rating and 400% ultimate overload rating providing a critical safety margin when working with heavy loads.
For the most demanding applications, Custom tension links are available in capacities up to and exceeding one million pounds, and can be designed to meet industrial safety factors of up to 1000% overload protection.
Millivolt output or signal conditioning utilizing a 4-20 mA output for PLC interface are available.
