Every custom tension link is designed using the latest 3D modeling and FEA analysis technology and is available in capacities up to, and exceeding, 1,000,000 lb (453,600 kg).
Where safety is critical, units can be engineered to industrial safety factors of up to SF 10:1 (1000% overload protection).
Each link is made from stainless or quality alloy steel sourced exclusively from USA and/or European mills, heat treated in an ISO 9001 registered facility, and surface coated with high-phosphorous, corrosion- and chip-resistant industrial-grade electroless nickel, also in an ISO 9001 registered facility.
All units are tested and calibrated to standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), USA. Massload is the only Canadian load cell manufacturer to achieve VCAP (Verified Conformity Assessment Program) certification.
Output options include mV/V, 4-20 mA, 0-10 V, and wireless for PLC interface or direct to hand-held displays or PC interface.
