Massload Wired Tension Link to Computer – Fast sampling

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles. Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight. NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales. For NBSCIA's purpose to check crop yield and estimate tones of manure applied and fertilizer application on test plots the Ultraslim LCD proved to be the best choice.

The Truck Scale worked really well. It was way easier to get harvest done without running everywhere to get stuff weighed. It was right on with the weights at the elevator, so really nice. We should be finishing harvest today, and after that we’ll have about 15,000 bushels to dry yet and call it a year.

Overall experience was good. Easy to set up and measure, good data repeatability. Though, it was heavy and we needed to use forklift to maneuver scale.

The Massload Scale Pads were an economical and convenient solution to providing a weigh slip for the vehicles leaving our facility. Clint was amazing to work with and provided all the information we needed in advance as well as support after the instillation. The pads work without fail and it's saving our service thousands of dollars.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly. Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal. All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP. Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised. Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

Cost effective, simple to set up product. Excellent support during setup when we tried to set things up different than recommended and needed the details explained so we understood everything that was going on with all the cells so that we would get good readings even though we set it up differently than recommended.

We’ve had the Axle Pad Scale for more than 6 years now. We recently upgraded to the wireless version. It’s seems to work great and during the upgrade the technical support was excellent.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved. Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again. *Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
