The Massload M2000 is a portable, self-contained weighing data case housing a 3-channel M2000 indicator with a 6-digit LED display, a heavy-duty dot-matrix ticket printer, and a rechargeable 12 V battery, all in a watertight, crushproof Pelican case. Designed for portable vehicle axle weighing, truck in/out gross & net weighing, and field weighing operations where a complete, self-contained printing weighing solution is required.

The Massload M2000 Portable Data Case is a complete, field-deployable vehicle weighing station in a single watertight, crushproof Pelican case – combining the powerful M2000 three-channel digital indicator, a heavy-duty dot-matrix ticket printer, and a rechargeable 12 V battery into one ruggedized carrying case that a single operator can transport and deploy without tools or additional equipment. The M2000 indicator has three input channels to accommodate single-axle weighing or two-axle weighing, or three-axle weighing. Each axle scale has 2 weighing pads to weigh each tire and is connected to the M2000 channel via a Y-cable. The weight distribution of each tire can also be achieved by connecting each weighing pad using an interconnect cable to a channel of the M2000 for single-axle weighing.
Individual axle weights, axle weight total, and for truck in/truck out, the tare, gross, & net vehicle weight calculations are performed on-unit and printed directly to the built-in ticket printer – providing immediate, formatted weight documentation for weight enforcement, logistics compliance, agricultural load monitoring, and overload prevention. The truck-in/truck-out function supports the full two-weighing cycle required for net weight commercial transactions.
A battery level indicator lets operators monitor remaining battery power during extended field deployment. The Pelican case itself provides protection against water, shock, and crushing – essential for transport in truck beds, ATVs, and work vehicles in remote and challenging terrain. This system is particularly valued by weight enforcement agencies, port operators, agricultural cooperatives, and logistics companies requiring portable truck weighing.
