805HP Handheld Weight Indicator
The Anyload 805HP is a compact ABS handheld weight indicator powered by three AA batteries with up to 1,600 hours of battery life, a 6-digit LCD with LED backlight, IP65 protection, and a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C (-4°F to 158°F). Designed for portable field, maintenance, and test weighing applications requiring a long-life, lightweight indicator.

The 805HP is a purpose-built portable handheld weight indicator designed for technicians, maintenance teams, and field operators who need a lightweight, long-lasting, and durable indicator for spot-weighing, load cell testing, and field measurement. Powered by three standard AA alkaline batteries with up to 1,600 hours of operation, the 805HP eliminates the recharging logistics required by lithium or lead-acid battery indicators – a significant advantage for service technicians and field inspectors who may be far from power sources for extended periods. The panoramic FSTN LCD with LED backlight provides excellent viewing angles and legibility even in challenging lighting conditions.
IP65 sealing protects against dust and water spray in outdoor and light-industrial environments. The wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C (-4°F to 158°F) extends usability into cold storage, refrigerated transport, and hot industrial environments beyond the range of most standard indicators. Non-volatile memory ensures calibration and configuration data is retained through battery changes. Auto power-off and power-saving timing extend field battery life further. The 805HP supports up to eight 350 Ω load cells in parallel, making it suitable for basic multi-cell scale testing as well as single-cell portable applications.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.
NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales.
For NBSCIA's purpose to check crop yield and estimate tones of manure applied and fertilizer application on test plots the Ultraslim LCD proved to be the best choice.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
