COL Column Load Cell
The Laumas COL is a 17-4PH stainless steel column load cell rated at 30,000 kg (66,139 lb) with OIML R60 C4 certification and IP68 protection. Combined error ≤ ±0.017% and rated output of 2 mV/V ± 0.1% deliver high-accuracy certified measurement for precision industrial hopper, silo, and tank weighing. ATEX/IECEx hazardous-area options on request.

The COL is a high-accuracy 17-4PH stainless steel column load cell delivering OIML R60 C4 performance at 30,000 kg (66,139 lb) capacity, with combined error ≤ ±0.017% and a tightly controlled 2 mV/V ± 0.1% rated output. The KITCOL hardened AISI 420 stainless steel mounting accessory (available separately) provides a stainless-steel anti-rotation system with protective rubber seal, dual bases, and three self-centering cylindrical plates for accurate load alignment and up to 5° angular adjustment tolerance ensuring reliable, accurate force transfer even in imperfectly leveled or slightly misaligned vessel installations.
The COL connects directly to load cell indicators and amplifiers with a 6-conductor cable including sense lines, and is compatible with 4–20 mA transmitters for PLC integration. ATEX and IECEx hazardous-area certifications are available on request.
Most Common Applications: Precision hopper, silo, and tank weighing requiring OIML C4 accuracy with stainless steel construction; high-accuracy certified industrial vessel weighing in food processing, , and environments; multi-cell platform weighing requiring the lowest combined error in the column load cell category.
