The VCOKDTL is a heavy-duty mounting kit accommodating both double shear beam and column load cells in high-capacity industrial weighing applications up to 50,000 kg (110,231 lb). Galvanized steel upper and lower plates provide a durable, corrosion-resistant foundation, while two integrated galvanized steel stay rods with dual ball-and-socket joints resist lateral forces. Anti-tilt threaded rods with self-locking nuts prevent the weighing structure from tipping under vibration, wind, or impact loads.
The kit ships with dedicated installation procedures for both load cell types: shear beam cells use a galvanized plate inserted alongside the cell, while column cells mount on upper and lower bases included in the kit.
Most Common Applications: Large industrial tank and silo weighing, heavy process vessel scales, outdoor platform weighing, high-capacity hopper scales prone to vibrations caused by parts in motion.
