The Laumas COK is an AISI 4340 nickel plated steel column load cell available in capacities of 15,000 kg, 25,000 kg, and 50,000 kg (33,069 lb to 110,231 lb), with OIML R60 C3 certification and IP68 protection. Supplied with KITCOK mounting accessory included, its combined error ≤ ±0.02% and 2 mV/V ± 0.1% rated output deliver precise, repeatable measurement for certified hopper, silo, and industrial tank weighing. ATEX/IECEx hazardous-area options are available on request.
The COK is a precision AISI 4340 nickel plated steel column load cell supplied complete with the KITCOK mounting accessory. It has an AISI 5140 nickel plated steel anti-rotation system with protective rubber seal, dual bases, and three self-centering cylindrical plates that provides correct load alignment and lateral stability right out of the box. Available in 15,000 kg, 25,000 kg, and 50,000 kg (33,069 lb, 55,116 lb, 110,231 lb) capacities with OIML R60 C3 certification, the COK delivers combined error ≤ ±0.02% and a tightly controlled rated output of 2 mV/V ± 0.1% enabling accurate multi-point hopper, silo, and tank weighing installations with minimized output mismatch between cells.
The COK connects directly to load cell indicators and amplifiers, and is compatible with 4–20 mA signal conditioners for PLC and SCADA integration in automated process weighing systems. IP68 sealing and nickel-plated alloy steel construction provide reliable environmental protection for outdoor and light-washdown industrial installations. A 25,000 kg version with anti-rat cable is also available. ATEX and IECEx certifications are available on request for classified hazardous-area installations.
