The Laumas CLBT is a compact compression and tension load cell available in capacities of 50 kg, 100 kg, and 500 kg (110 lb to 1,102 lb), with IP65 protection and combined error ≤ ±0.05%. The 50 and 100 kg models feature aluminum alloy construction while the 500 kg model uses 17-4PH stainless steel, making the CLBT a versatile choice for benchtop force testing, OEM weighing instruments, and light industrial process monitoring applications.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The CLBT is a compact, low-profile compression and tension load cell designed for precision force measurement in light industrial and OEM applications where space is limited and bidirectional measurement is required. Available in three capacities, the CLBT covers the most common lower-capacity force measurement tasks for benchtop instrumentation, OEM weighing equipment, and light process monitoring systems. The 50 and 100 kg models are constructed from aluminum alloy (Avional) for a lightweight, compact design, while the 500 kg capacity uses 17-4PH stainless steel for added strength and corrosion resistance.

Manufactured according to OIML R60 standards with a combined error of ≤ ±0.05% and a rated output of 2 mV/V ±10%, the CLBT connects directly to load cell indicators, transmitters, and Analog output signal conditioners for PLC integration. Its IP65 dust-tight and water-spray-resistant sealing supports reliable operation in light industrial and commercial environments. An optional lower base accessory is available for simplified bench mounting. The operating temperature range of −30°C to +203°C (−22°F to +194°F) ensures consistent performance across a broad range of indoor and light outdoor applications.
