The Anyload 535TS is a 2Cr13 stainless steel load pin available in capacities from 2 t to 100 t (4,409 lb to 220,462 lb), rated IP67 with a 400% breaking overload and FM-approved hazardous-area options. The 535TS is a precision stainless steel load pin engineered to measure compression force by replacing existing structural load-bearing pins in cranes, hoists, and heavy industrial machinery. Unlike external load cells that require dedicated mounting hardware, the 535TS installs directly into the mechanical structure, and functions both as a structural element and a force sensor. This approach enables force measurement in applications where available space, access, or structural constraints make conventional load cell installation impractical.
The 535TS output connects directly to load cell indicators, transmitter, and Analog output signal conditioners for integration with PLC and SCADA systems used in crane safety monitoring, overload protection, and process control. A service temperature range of −30°C to 70°C (−22°F to 158°F) and IP67 environmental sealing ensure reliable long-term performance in outdoor, marine, and industrial environments. The 400% breaking overload provides an exceptional safety margin critical for crane and lifting applications where dynamic shock loading is a regular occurrence. FM-approved and ATEX/IECEx “-Ex” suffix versions are available for classified hazardous-area installations.
