The Laumas TLC is a compact analog signal conditioner measuring 45 x 26 x 11 mm (1.8″ x 1.0″ x 0.4″), delivering 4-20 mA or 0-10 V output from up to 4 pcs of 350 Ohms load cells in parallel. Housed in an IP67 ABS or polycarbonate enclosure (on request), it is UL-listed and can be calibrated with test weights or a load cell simulator.
The TLC is one of the most compact analogue weight transmitters available. Despite its tiny footprint of 45 x 26 x 11 mm, it handles up to 4 pcs 350 Ohms load cells connected in parallel through a junction box and delivers a clean 4-20 mA or 0-10 V analog signal directly compatible with standard PLC analogue input cards and DCS systems.
In process industries, the TLC is used to transmit tank and hopper weight readings to PLCs for batching control, inventory management, and loss-in-weight feeding. Its 0.01% full-scale linearity and 0.005% full-scale per °C thermal drift ensure stable, accurate readings across varying ambient temperatures. Calibration can be performed with sample weights for highest accuracy or with a load cell simulator for systems where physical test weights cannot be applied. An optional IP67 polycarbonate or ABS enclosure with M12 cable glands is available for field-mounted installations.
