T24-ACMx-SA Wireless Strain Bridge Transmitter
The Mantracourt T24-ACMx-SA packages the T24-SA wireless strain bridge transmitter in a ready-to-install industrial enclosure, offered in three options: the IP67 T24-ACM (external power or 2x D cell batteries), the compact IP67 T24-ACMi (2x AA batteries), and the miniature IP50 T24-ACMm (2x AAA batteries). The T24-ACM and T24-ACMi have a range of up to 2625 ft (800 m) while the T24-ACMm has a range of up to 1640 ft (500 m) at 2.4 GHz to any T24 receiver.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The T24-ACMx-SA is the enclosed, field-ready version of Mantracourt’s wireless strain bridge transmitter. Each enclosure option adds power supply provisions, water and dust protection, field connectivity, and a ready-made mounting solution to the same measurement platform: 5 V excitation for strain bridge transducers down to 85 ohms, transmission rates from once per day to 200 per second, and wireless coverage that reaches any T24 receiver — displays, handheld display, analogue outputs, relay modules, and computer interfaces. The T24-ACM accepts external power or two D cell batteries and battery life for up to a year set at one per second transmission, the T24-ACMi runs on two AA batteries, and the miniature T24-ACMm runs on two AAA batteries where space is tight. This makes it a practical way to convert a cabled load cell into a wireless one for construction shoring strut monitoring, crane and under-hook weighing, and other industrial force measurement tasks.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
