The Massload ML 1100 25K AI is a small-envelope 25,000 lb (11,340 kg) double-ended shear beam load cell for wire rope dead-end load sensing. It is manufactured and tested in Canada at Massload’s VCAP-certified facility.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The ML 1100 25K AI is a small-envelope version of Massload’s ML 1100 double-ended shear beam load cell, developed for wire rope dead-end load sensing where installation space is limited.

Rated at 25,000 lb (11,340 kg), it is the sensing element used in dead-end cable tension monitoring, reading line tension at a fixed wire rope dead end. Typical applications include oilfield wireline tension measurement and other cable tension monitoring applications where tension is tracked continuously as a safe overload indication.

This load cell is design intended for rugged service and dynamic loading, sealed to IP67 and rated for operation from -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to +176°F). The ML 1100 25K AI is manufactured and tested at Massload’s VCAP-certified facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Most Common Applications: Wire rope dead-end load sensing, cable tension monitoring, safe overload indication.
