102DH Double-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell
The Anyload 102DH is a nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell available in capacities from 5,000 lb to 250,000 lb (2,268 to 113,398 kg) with IP67 protection and a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V ±0.25%. Carrying NTEP Class IIIL and OIML MAA C4 certifications, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx versions available for hazardous areas.

The 102DH is a broad-capacity nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell, covering a range from 5,000 lb to 250,000 lb (2,268 to 113,398 kg) – one of the widest capacity ranges available in a legal-for-trade double-ended beam. Sealed to IP67, it achieves 3.0 mV/V ±0.25% full scale output with non-linearity, hysteresis, and creep all below ±0.023%, and repeatability below ±0.017%. NTEP Class IIIL certification (multiple cell, nmax of 1:10,000) qualifies it for legal-for-trade use in the United States and Canada for capacities 10,000 to 100,000 lb. OIML MAA C4 (minimum verification interval Y=15,000) for 9,072 to 45,359 kg . Compensated temperature range is -10°C to +50°C (14°F to 122°F). ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix.
Most Common Applications: Platform scales, tank and hopper weighing, truck scales, vessel weighing, batch processing, legal-for-trade industrial weighing.
