The Anyload 102ES is a 17-4 PH stainless steel double-ended shear beam load cell available in capacities from 2,500 lb to 75,000 lb (1,134 to 34,019 kg) with a welded hermetic IP68 seal and a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V ±0.25%. Designed for corrosive and wash-down environments across a wide capacity range, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx certified versions available.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The 102ES is Anyload’s low-to-mid capacity 17-4 PH stainless steel double-ended shear beam load cell, combining the superior corrosion resistance of 17-4 PH precipitation hardening stainless with a hermetically welded IP68 seal. Available from 2,500 lb to 75,000 lb (1,134 to 34,019 kg), the 102ES covers a broad capacity range for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing platform and truck scale applications. Full scale output is 3.0 mV/V ±0.25% with repeatability, hysteresis, and creep all below ±0.030%, and non-linearity below ±0.050%. Compensated temperature range is -10°C to +50°C (14°F to 122°F). Cable is 10 m for capacity ≤ 35,000 lb and 18 m for capacity ≥ 50,000 lb. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix.

Most Common Applications: Food processing and pharmaceutical platform scales, chemical tank and vessel weighing, wash-down industrial floor scales, stainless steel truck scale applications.
