The Massload Advanced Weigh Scale Software or MAWS Software is a PC-based multi-function vehicle weigh scale display and database for wireless weighing systems. Compatible with cable and wireless connections, it supports up to 6 channels/scales of wheel or axle weigh data, axle weight accumulation, truck-in/truck-out operation, and vehicle ID capture — built on the Windows 64-bit platform.
Massload Advanced Weigh Scale (MAWS) Software is Massload’s most capable PC-based weighing application, purpose-built for multi-scale wireless and vehicle weighing operations. It connects to scales either by cable or through the T24 2.4 GHz wireless system, capturing up to 6 simultaneous channels of wheel weight data. The software is widely used in truck weighing, farm scale operations, mining vehicle checks, construction site load monitoring, traffic enforcement, and agricultural load-out applications where reliable axle-by-axle weight capture and data logging are essential.
MAWS provides a built-in GUI stop-go traffic light display for guided axle-by-axle weight capture — a critical feature for single-operator truck weighing. Wheel weight, axle weight, and gross vehicle weight are accumulated and displayed in real time. The truck-in/truck-out function records tare, gross, and net vehicle weights along with vehicle ID, time, and date, enabling complete load record management. Post-capture data editing, multi-channel static weight capture, and CSV export of the database make MAWS suitable for integration with existing farm, mining, and logistics data workflows.
