The Mantracourt ICA1H is a subminiature Very High Stability signal conditioner delivering a 3-wire 0.1 to 10.1 VDC output from a 13 to 28 VDC supply. At 19.5 mm diameter and just 7.6 mm (0.30″) tall, it embeds inside load cells and transducers to deliver a full 0 to 10 VDC span with zero drift of just 0.0004 %FR/°C.
The ICA family of subminiature signal conditioners is purpose-built to be embedded directly inside load cells, pressure transducers, torque transducers, and other strain gauge-based sensors. By placing the amplifier at the point of measurement, cable length between the gauges and amplifier is minimized, dramatically reducing susceptibility to electromagnetic interference from noise-generating equipment.
Available in seven variants to cover every output and power supply requirement:
All models share the same 19.5 mm diameter PCB (ICA6H: 10.8 mm tall; all others: 7.6 mm tall), standardized 5 or 1.11 VDC bridge excitation, a single M2 mounting hole, multilayer PCB construction with additional EMC filtering, and RoHS compliance. An optional ILE field enclosure converts any ICA-equipped load cell into a conditioned-output sensor for external installations.
