The Massload ML 200 is a Canadian-made 10,000 lb (4,536 kg) S-type tension and compression load cell with an integrated junction box and Amphenol connector, rated IP67 and built from electroless nickel-plated alloy steel.
The ML 200 is Massload’s flagship S-type tension and compression load cell, Canadian-engineered and manufactured in a 10,000 lb (4,536 kg) rated capacity for demanding heavy industrial weighing applications. The Canadian-made 10K model features an integrated junction box with an Amphenol connector for a weatherproof electrical connection, and delivers 3 mV/V ± 0.25% full-scale output at 0.1% FS accuracy. The electroless nickel-plated alloy steel body is sealed to IP67, providing reliable protection against high-pressure water jets in outdoor, industrial, and washdown-duty installations. The S-type geometry allows the load cell to be loaded in both tension and compression, using an eye bolt or rod end or threaded shaft at the top and bottom, enabling use in suspended hopper and tank weighing systems as well as compression force measurement applications.
The millivolt/volt output connects directly to load cell indicators, signal conditioners, transmitters, and data acquisition systems for integration with PLC and SCADA-based process monitoring systems. A two-year warranty covers the model.
Most Common Applications: Hopper and tank weighing in heavy industrial and agricultural settings, suspended tension weighing with eye bolts or rod ends, compression force measurement, check-weighing tension applications, OEM process weighing systems.
