The Anyload DGB-A is a miniature digiboard analog signal conditioner measuring 64.1 x 30.7 mm (2.5″ x 1.2″), designed to be embedded inside load cells for built-in signal amplification. Operating on 12 to 24 VDC, it delivers 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA and 0-5 V / 0-10 V / ±5 V outputs from a 0.2 to 10.0 mV/V input, with software calibration via USB interface.

The DGB-A is a compact digiboard analogue signal conditioner designed to be embedded directly within load cell housings, converting any standard strain gauge sensor into a conditioned-output device. At 24.6 mm in chip diameter, it can be integrated into the majority of commercial load cell designs – enabling Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manufacturers to offer analogue output load cells without external amplifiers.

In the field, DGB-A equipped load cells simplify installation dramatically: the conditioned current or voltage signal runs directly to the PLC or DAQ system input, eliminating millivolt cabling, remote amplifiers, and junction box signal conditioning. Software calibration via the optional DGB-WIRE-25A USB cable and PC software enables fast, precise setup for tension, compression, torque, and pressure applications. Reverse polarity protection guards the module against incorrect wiring during installation. DGB-A chip can also be used in standalone digiboard format for applications where the amplifier is mounted near the sensor but not inside the load cell body.
