The Anyload 563YS30 is a 17-4 PH stainless steel single-ended shear beam load cell with a welded hermetic seal (IP68) available in capacities from 500 lb to 20,000 lb with 3 mV/V output, NTEP and OIML certifications, and ATEX/FM/IECEx options. The 563YS30 is the 3 mV/V stainless steel variant of 563YS series, combining the corrosion resistance of 17-4 PH stainless steel with a welded hermetic seal rated IP68 – providing the highest level of environmental protection for a shear beam load cell in continuous or submerged wet environments. Available from 500 lb to 20,000 lb capacity, the 563YS30 achieves a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V ±0.25% with accuracy specifications of < ±0.023% for non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis across all capacities. NTEP Class III certification covers single-cell (nmax of 1:5,000 or 1:6,000) and multiple-cell (nmax of 1:9,500 or 1:10,000) legal-for-trade applications. OIML certification is available. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the "-Ex" suffix.
Most Common Applications: Food processing and wash-down floor scales, chemical and pharmaceutical platform scales, outdoor industrial weighing, legal-for-trade stainless steel weighing systems.
