The Anyload 815BS is a weatherproof stainless steel weight indicator with a 1-inch tri-color backlit LCD, NEMA 4X / IP66 protection, built-in 10,000 mAh rechargeable lithium battery, two RS-232 ports, and NTEP Class III/IIIL and Measurement Canada Class III/IIIHD certification. Designed for demanding industrial and portable commercial weighing applications requiring extended battery life and bright display readability.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The Anyload 815BS is a high-performance industrial weight indicator combining the reliability of a certified fixed-installation unit with the field-readiness of a battery-powered portable instrument. Its 1-inch (25.4 mm) 6-digit LCD with tri-color backlight – switching between green (normal), red (alarm), and amber (caution) – provides instant visual status communication in busy industrial and commercial environments, reducing operator errors during high-throughput weighing operations. The built-in 10,000 mAh rechargeable lithium battery with internal charger significantly extends portable operation time compared to standard lead-acid units, and the NEMA 4X / IP66 weatherproof stainless steel enclosure ensures reliable performance in washdown, outdoor, and dust-heavy environments. A breather vent prevents internal condensation – a common failure point for sealed indicators in environments with significant temperature cycling. Two independent RS-232 communication ports allow simultaneous connection to a printer and a PC. Advanced analogue, average, and digital filtering ensure stable readings in environments with conveyor vibration, vehicle movement, or other dynamic load events. NTEP Class III/IIIL and Measurement Canada Class III/IIIHD certifications provide full North American legal-for-trade coverage.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.
NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales.
For NBSCIA's purpose to check crop yield and estimate tones of manure applied and fertilizer application on test plots the Ultraslim LCD proved to be the best choice.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
