The Anyload 363HSAN is a 60 t (132,277 lb) 17-4PH stainless steel through-hole compression load cell rated IP68, designed for geotechnical and civil engineering monitoring in corrosive, wet, or submerged environments. Its annular through-hole design installs directly over ground anchors, rock bolts, tiebacks, and soil nails for continuous long-term anchor force monitoring in retaining walls, slope stabilization, and foundation systems.
The 363HSAN is the stainless steel counterpart to the 363HHAN through-hole compression load cell, sharing the same proven annular geometry and 60 t (132,277 lb) capacity while upgrading the material to 17-4PH stainless steel with IP68 full-immersion welded sealing. This makes it the preferred choice for geotechnical and civil engineering monitoring installations in aggressive soil environments, coastal infrastructure, submerged foundations, and anywhere long-term exposure to groundwater, seawater, or chemically active soils could compromise the durability of standard alloy steel sensors. The through-hole design allows the load cell to slip directly over anchor rods, rock bolts, soil nails, or tiebacks and be sandwiched between hardened washers, measuring the compressive force applied to the bearing plate by the preloaded anchor continuously and accurately over the monitoring period.
The 363HSAN connects directly to structural monitoring data loggers, load cell indicators, and amplifiers via its standard millivolt/volt output, and is compatible with 4–20 mA signal conditioners for PLC systems. Its IP68 welded stainless steel construction is particularly suited to submerged and high-humidity geotechnical monitoring installations where the sensor may be permanently embedded in soil or concrete, or exposed to standing water or tidal fluctuation over multi-year infrastructure monitoring programs. FM-approved and ATEX/IECEx versions are available for hazardous-area installations.
