805BS Stainless Steel Weight Indicator
The Anyload 805BS is a stainless steel weight indicator with a 6-digit LCD display, IP66 protection, RS-232 (and optional RS-485) communication, NTEP Class III/IIIL approval, and Measurement Canada Class III/IIIHD certification. It is powered by an internal rechargeable lithium battery, making it suitable for both fixed and portable commercial and industrial weighing applications.

The 805BS is a rugged, certified stainless steel weight indicator designed for commercial and industrial weighing applications where durability, ease of use, and North American legal-for-trade compliance are equally important. Its stainless steel enclosure with IP66 sealing withstands dust, water jets, and the daily abuse of production and commercial environments. A 1-inch (25.4 mm) 6-digit LCD display with 5.6 x 1.6 in (143×41 mm) visible area ensures readability across typical working distances, and built-in functions including Auto Zero Scale, Auto Zero Tracking, PEAK, and piece counting cover the most common operational needs without complex configuration.
The 7.4 V / 4000 mA lithium batter- gives the 805BS the ability to serve as both a fixed indicator in a receiving dock and a portable unit for trade-certified mobile weighing in agriculture, livestock, and field applications. A built-in clock, programmable print format, and two-way relay signal output add utility for documentation and process control. NTEP Class III/IIIL (10,000 divisions) and Measurement Canada Class III (10,000) / IIIHD (20,000) certifications ensure full legal-for-trade coverage across North America.
Most Common Applications: Commercial platform and floor scales, receiving dock and shipping weighing, portable trade and agricultural scales, livestock weighing, retail and food service weighing.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.
NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales.
For NBSCIA's purpose to check crop yield and estimate tones of manure applied and fertilizer application on test plots the Ultraslim LCD proved to be the best choice.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
