The Anyload 202UA is a low-profile aluminum planar beam load cell available in capacities from 3.75 kg to 375 kg (8.3 lb to 826.7 lb), with NTEP Class III and OIML MAA C3 certification and IP65 protection. The 202UA is a precision low-profile aluminum planar beam load cell factory-calibrated to a uniform 0.9 mV/V ± 0.1% output, enabling direct corner replacement in multi-cell scale platforms without the need for a junction box or trim pot re-calibration. Four 202UA cells are used in a typical scale application, one at each corner of a rectangular platform, delivering consistent and accurate weight readings regardless of where the load is placed on the platform surface. The pre-derated output design means the combined rated capacity is simply four times the individual cell capacity, making scale system design straightforward — for example, four 202UA-15 kg cells yield a 60 kg scale capacity.
Available from 3.75 kg to 375 kg (8.3 lb to 826.7 lb) in individual cell capacity, the 202UA covers a wide range of platform scale sizes for postal, retail, laboratory, and industrial weighing applications. Its extremely low profile, enabling scale structures of roughly 25 mm (1 in) total height which makes it ideal for thin platform scales, picture-frame style incubator scales, and OEM instrument enclosures where vertical space is strictly limited. The 202UA’s millivolt/volt output connects directly to load cell indicators and amplifiers, and is compatible with 4–20 mA signal conditioners for PLC integration. NTEP Class III and OIML MAA C3 certification covers legal-for-trade use across North American and international markets. FM-approved and ATEX/IECEx versions are available for hazardous locations.
