106CS-YZ/106CS20 Compression Canister Load Cell
The Anyload 106CS-YZ is a 2Cr13 stainless steel low-profile compression canister load cell available in capacities from 10 t to 100 t, with IP68 welded seal and FM approval available upon request. Its compact cylindrical geometry with bottom threaded mounting hole makes it the standard choice for railroad track scales, truck scales, hydraulic press force measurement, and industrial platform weighing where height constraints require a shorter sensor profile than conventional tall-body canisters.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The 106CS-YZ is a 2Cr13 stainless steel low-profile compression canister load cell engineered for high-capacity industrial compression weighing applications where sensor height is a critical installation constraint. The compact cylindrical body — substantially shorter than tall-body rocker pin canisters — is machined with threaded bottom hole for direct bolted installation into scale structures, test frames, and press platens without requiring separate mounting cups or bases. Available from 10 t to 100 t in metric and imperial capacities, the 106CS covers the most common railroad scale, truck scale, and hydraulic press force ranges in a single stainless steel product family.
The 1.75 mV/V ± 0.25% full-scale output (2.0 mV/V ± 0.25 for 106CS20) connects directly to indicators and amplifiers. Compatible with 4–20 mA signal conditioners for PLC integration. FM approval and ATEX and IECEx versions are available.
Most Common Applications: Railroad track scales, truck platform scales, hydraulic press and testing machine force measurement, industrial platform and floor scale compression weighing, structural compression force monitoring.
