The Anyload 106BH is a nickel plated alloy steel extreme-capacity compression canister load cell available in capacities from 100 t to 1,000 t (220,462 lb to 2,204,623 lb), with IP67 welded seal. Designed for the highest-capacity compression force measurement applications — including bridge structural load testing, heavy mining and industrial press force monitoring, and extreme-capacity industrial platform and foundation weighing — separate mounting caps are available for all capacity ranges.
The 106BH canister load cell provides compression force measurement from 100 t to 1,000 t (220,462 lb to 2,204,623 lb) for the most demanding structural, mining, and heavy industrial weighing and force testing applications. Constructed from nickel plated alloy steel with IP67 welded sealing, the 106BH is built to withstand the extreme mechanical loads and harsh outdoor environments encountered in bridge and infrastructure load testing, heavy mining equipment weighing, industrial press force monitoring, and extreme-capacity platform and foundation compression measurement.
The 100 t model features a compact single-body design; the 200 t through 1,000 t models include two-handle lifting hardware to facilitate safe transport and installation of the large, heavy sensor bodies. Alloy steel mounting caps (MC106BH) are available for all capacity sizes and must be ordered separately. The 2.0 mV/V ± 0.25% output connects to high-capacity load cell indicators, amplifiers, and data acquisition systems. FM approval and ATEX and IECEx versions are available.
