J12ES / J12ES-III Stainless Steel Junction Box
The Anyload J12ES and J12ES-III are stainless steel SS304 IP65 junction boxes for 2–12 load cells with individual or sectional excitation trim. The J12ES-III adds built-in lightning protection. FM, ATEX, and IECEx approved versions available.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The J12ES and J12ES-III are stainless steel SS304 junction boxes for 2–12 load cell weighing systems, offering robust IP65 environmental protection in an enclosure measuring 200×174×44 mm (7.9×6.9×1.7 inches). Both models feature individual or sectiona excitation trim via independent potentiometers, enabling precise per-cell signal balancing for accurate combined weight output.
The J12ES-III version adds a built-in lightning protection circuit, making it the preferred choice for outdoor installations and environments with elevated risk of electrical transients. Stainless steel SS304 construction resists corrosion in food processing, chemical, outdoor, and wet industrial environments, while IP65 protection guards against dust and water jet ingress. Input cable fittings accept M16 cables (4–8 mm diameter); the output uses M20 fittings (5–9 mm diameter). FM Approved, as well as ATEX and IECEx certified versions available for hazardous area deployment.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.
NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales.
For NBSCIA's purpose to check crop yield and estimate tones of manure applied and fertilizer application on test plots the Ultraslim LCD proved to be the best choice.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
