The WPBR 1063 is a high-capacity stainless steel weigh bar providing accurate load measurement at 22,500 lb (10,206 kg) in agricultural and industrial environments where environmental durability is as critical as weighing performance. Sealed to IP68 with a dirt-repelling body design, it is built to withstand the moisture, grain dust, fertilizer, and manure typical of large grain cart, feed mixer, and manure spreader applications. Full-scale output is 1.125 mV/V ±0.1% with an excitation range of 5 to 15 VDC and a compensated temperature range of -10°C to +40°C (14°F to 104°F), with an operating range extending to -20°C to +65°C (-4°F to 149°F) for cold-climate field use. The 30 ft (9.1 m) 22 AWG 4-core shielded PVC cable provides ample reach for large agricultural equipment. Ultimate load rating is 200% of full scale, and safe overload is 150%, providing meaningful protection against the shock loading common in agricultural weighing applications.
