The Group Four WPBP 1062 is a stainless steel weigh bar rated to 10,000 lb (4,536 kg) with IP68 hermetic protection, a full scale output of 0.5 mV/V ±0.1%, and an integrated M12 male connector for quick-disconnect wiring. Designed for agricultural and industrial floor scale applications including grain carts, gravity carts, feed mixers, and manure spreaders, it simplifies installation and field servicing in demanding outdoor and wash-down environments.
The WPBP 1062 is Group Four’s quick-connect stainless steel weigh bar, combining the proven WPB hermetically sealed design with an integrated M12 male connector for quick connect and disconnect. This makes the WPBP 1062 especially well-suited for agricultural equipment with instrumentation requiring a M12 connector. Rated at 10,000 lb (4,536 kg) with IP68 hermetic sealing and a dirt-repelling body design, it performs reliably in grain cart, gravity cart, feed mixer, and manure spreader environments. Full scale output is 0.5 mV/V ±0.1% with an excitation range of 5 to 15 VDC. The compensated temperature range is -10°C to +40°C (14°F to 104°F), with an operating range of -20°C to +65°C (-4°F to 149°F). Two cable length options are available: 30 ft (9.1 m) standard or 15 ft (4.6 m) for shorter runs. Ultimate load rating is 200% of full scale.
Most Common Applications: Grain cart and gravity cart weighing with quick-disconnect wiring, feed mixer scales, agricultural floor scales with seasonal installation needs, wash-down floor scales requiring easy sensor servicing.
