The WPB 1061 is the highest-capacity model in WPB’s stainless steel weigh bar series, rated at 34,500 lb (15,649 kg) with IP68 hermetic sealing. Like all WPB weigh bars, it integrates into scale frames and agricultural equipment structures, functioning as both a structural support member and a precision load sensor. The WPB 1061’s dirt-repelling body design is particularly valuable in heavy agricultural applications where manure, grain, and mud accumulation are constant challenges. Full scale output is 1.72 mV/V ±1% with an excitation range of 5 to 15 VDC. The compensated temperature range is -10°C to +40°C (14°F to 104°F), with an operating range of -20°C to +65°C (-4°F to 149°F). The extended 40 ft (12.2 m) cable length accommodates large agricultural equipment and wide-span floor scale installations. Safe overload is 150% of full scale, with an ultimate load rating of 250% for protection against shock loading events common in agricultural use.
