T24-SO Wireless Receiver Serial Output Interface
The Mantracourt T24-SO is an IP67/NEMA 4 wireless receiver that outputs a user-defined ASCII serial report containing live and sum values of up to eight T24 transmitters. Connects via RS232 or RS485, enabling direct integration with printers, PLCs, displays, and PC data systems.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The T24-SO closes the gap between wireless sensor data and any serial-capable device in an industrial or field environment. It receives live & summed measurement data from up to eight T24 wireless transmitters and outputs a fully user-defined ASCII report over RS232 or RS485, delivering values to thermal printers, serial displays, PLCs, SCADA terminals, and PC data acquisition systems. A single device replaces a wired connection from scale indicator to printer or controller, eliminating cable runs between the sensor location and the reporting point.
The report format is completely configurable through the T24 Toolkit software — from a single-line numeric value for a serial display, to a multi-line formatted ticket for a transaction printer at a weigh station or vehicle scale. Up to eight transmitter values can be included and optionally summed in a single report, making the T24-SO ideal for multi-point weighing, multi-lift point crane monitoring, and batch process reporting. Housed in an IP67/NEMA 4 enclosure powered from 9 to 32 VDC, the T24-SO is built for permanent installation in plant rooms, crane cabs, and outdoor kiosks where long cable runs to printers or controllers would otherwise be required.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.
NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales.
For NBSCIA's purpose to check crop yield and estimate tones of manure applied and fertilizer application on test plots the Ultraslim LCD proved to be the best choice.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
