The Mantracourt T24-SAf is a miniature wireless strain bridge transmitter board with a fixed ultra-fast sampling rate of 2,000 samples per second, connecting load cells, torque sensors, strain gauges, and pressure modules to the T24 telemetry system over distances up to 800 m (2,600 ft) at 2.4 GHz. Available with an integral (T24-SAfi) or external (T24-SAfe) antenna, it is designed for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) integration into high-speed wireless monitoring products.
The T24-SAf is the high-speed version of Mantracourt’s wireless strain bridge transmitter board, running at a fixed 2,000 samples per second for applications where standard telemetry rates are too slow to capture the event being measured. It connects to strain bridge transducers such as load cells, torque sensors, strain gauges, and pressure modules, providing 5 V excitation to drive transducer loads down to 85 ohms, and outputs in nV/V for quality measurements across a wide range of sensors. Data can be received by T24 handheld displays, analog outputs, and computer interfaces. Like the rest of the T24 family, it is designed for battery operation with an ultra-low-power sleep mode, making it suited to capturing fast load events — impacts, snatch loads, and dynamic force peaks — in test and monitoring installations where cabling is impractical.
