T24-SA Wireless Strain Bridge Transmitter Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Module
The Mantracourt T24-SAe and T24-SAi are miniature Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) PCB wireless strain bridge transmitter modules for integration into custom products and enclosures. Compatible with load cells, torque sensors, strain gauges, and pressure modules at 85 Ω minimum, they transmit at 2.4 GHz with FCC and Industry Canada approval. The T24-SAe uses an external antenna; the T24-SAi has an integrated antenna.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The T24-SAe and T24-SAi are miniature bare-PCB Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) wireless modules that add 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity to strain bridge transducers – including load cells, torque sensors, strain gauges, and pressure modules – for embedding into custom instruments, enclosures, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products. Their compact PCB form factor (37.5 x 16.8 mm) minimizes footprint while delivering high-accuracy, low-noise measurements with up to 9-point linearization and a 24-bit A/D converter.
The T24-SAe features an external antenna connector for installations where antenna placement relative to the PCB matters for range or form factor, while the T24-SAi integrates the antenna directly for simpler assembly. Both operate from 2.1 to 3.6 VDC – powered from the host product’s battery or regulated DC supply – and provide 5 VDC excitation to drive strain gauge bridge loads down to 85 Ω. Configurable transmission rates from 5 ms to once per day, and up to 800 m (2,625 ft) wireless range, make them equally suitable for high-speed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) measurement and low-power long-range remote sensing. Data is receivable by any T24 receiver – displays, analog output modules, relay modules, and PC interfaces.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
