T24-RM1 Wireless Relay Output Receiver
The Mantracourt T24-RM1 is an IP67/NEMA 4 wireless relay output receiver with two SPCO-type power relays and one alarm relay, providing wireless set-point power switching control for T24 telemetry systems over distances up to 800 m (2,625 ft). Each relay can be associated with a group of up to eight T24 transmitters.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The T24-RM1 turns wireless sensor data into direct physical control actions — making it the critical safety and automation component in any T24 telemetry system. When a measurement from any paired T24 transmitter crosses a configured set-point, the T24-RM1 instantly activates one or both of its two SPCO-type power relay outputs to trigger alarms, cut power, stop conveyor drives, or actuate warning lights — all without a PLC or intermediate controller. This makes it invaluable in crane overload protection, silo level alarms, press force monitoring, and process control applications where a wireless sensor value needs to directly drive a real-world output.
The two power relays are rated at 10 A at 240 VAC or 10 A at 30 VDC, handling most direct switching loads. A third dedicated alarm relay rated at 1 A at 120 VAC or 1 A at 24 VDC, define a loss of signal or low battery or data integrity error to alert operators if wireless communications are interrupted. Relay modes include standard set-point, hysteresis, latching, and inversion, giving full flexibility to match the control logic of the application. Digital input allows either reset of a latched relay or transmit a data packet. Housed in an IP67/NEMA 4 enclosure and powered from a standard 9 to 32 VDC industrial supply, the T24-RM1 is deployable in outdoor, wash-down, and heavy industrial environments.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
