T24-GW1 Wireless Gateway
The Mantracourt T24-GW1 is an IP67/NEMA 4 wireless gateway that aggregates data from up to 100 T24 transmitter modules and delivers it via Modbus RTU or ASCII serial protocol over RS232/RS485, enabling direct integration with PLCs, DAQ systems, and industrial automation platforms.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The T24-GW1 is the industrial integration backbone of the T24 wireless telemetry system. Where the T24-SO handles up to 8 transmitters for printing and display, the T24-GW1 scales to 100 simultaneous T24 transmitter channels, delivering their data to any Modbus RTU-capable PLC, LabVIEW DAQ system, DASYLab installation, or custom serial application. Its standard Modbus RTU protocol means engineers can map wireless sensor data — load, pressure, torque, strain, and more — directly into existing automation infrastructure as if it were a conventional wired instrument.
RS 232 connectivity supports point-to-point, while RS 485 supports multi-drop network topologies. Wake, sleep, and keep-awake commands for T24 transmitter modules are supported directly through the gateway, enabling centralized power management of large sensor arrays from within the host PLC or software environment. Configuration is handled through the free T24 Toolkit software.
Housed in an IP67/NEMA 4 enclosure and powered from a wide-range 9 to 32 VDC supply, the T24-GW1 is suited to permanent installation in industrial control panels, outdoor junction boxes, and mobile monitoring trailers across Original Equipment Manufacturer (Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)), construction, Boat Lifting & Building, and other sectors.
Most Common Applications: PLC and SCADA Modbus integration, large-scale multi-point load and process monitoring, industrial automation retrofit, centralized wireless sensor management in plant and field environments.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.
NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales.
For NBSCIA's purpose to check crop yield and estimate tones of manure applied and fertilizer application on test plots the Ultraslim LCD proved to be the best choice.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
