T24-ACMx-SAf Fast Wireless Strain Bridge Transmitter
The Mantracourt T24-ACMx-SAf packages the T24-SAf high-speed wireless strain bridge transmitter, with its fixed 2,000 samples per second update rate, in a ready-to-install industrial enclosure offered in three options: the IP67 T24-ACM (external power or 2x D-cell batteries), the compact IP67 T24-ACMi (2x AA batteries), and the miniature IP50 T24-ACMm (2x AAA batteries).
PRODUCT DETAILS
The T24-ACMx-SAf is the enclosed, field-ready high-speed wireless strain bridge transmitter. Each enclosure option adds power supply provisions, water and dust protection, field connectivity, and a ready-made mounting solution to the same measurement platform: a fixed 2,000 samples per second update rate, 5 V excitation for strain bridge transducers down to 85 ohms, and nV/V output for quality measurements from load cells, torque sensors, strain gauges, and pressure modules. Data can be received by T24 handheld display, analog outputs, and computer interfaces. The T24-ACM accepts external power or two D-cell batteries, the T24-ACMi runs on two AA batteries, and the miniature T24-ACMm runs on two AAA battery, making it a practical way to capture fast load events — impacts, snatch loads, and dynamic force peaks — on site without running cable to the sensor.
Most Common Applications: High-speed load and force monitoring, impact load capture, torque measurement on rotating shafts, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) high-speed wireless sensor products.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
