The T12FCAGP is a compact bending beam load cell mounting kit designed for multi-leg weighing structures up to 1,500 kg (3,304 lb) per mount point. The AISI 304 stainless steel upper plate uses a compression joint of combined with a rubber element that absorbs angular misalignments between the weighed structure and the support surface, while the lower plate and block are in galvanized steel for durability in standard industrial environments.
A transport locking screw prevents load cell damage during shipping and installation. Once the structure is assembled and the kit is in its final position, the screw is released so the load cell operates freely. The T12FCAGP is optimized for use in systems with at least 3 support legs where independent mounting kits are needed per leg.
Most Common Applications: Multi-leg platform scales, industrial weighing tables, process vessel and hopper weighing.
