The Anyload OCSD is a digital dynamometer for tension force measurement and load testing from 1 t (2,000 lb) up to 200 t (400,000 lb). With dual shackle connections, peak-hold, two programmable set-points, and optional wireless indicators, it suits load testing, rigging, and proof-load applications where precise pulling force matters.
The OCSD is a digital dynamometer built to measure tensile force and weight in line with a load, covering an exceptionally wide range from 1 t (2,000 lb) to 200 t (400,000 lb). Where a crane scale hangs a load from a hook, the OCSD connects through shackles at both ends, making it the tool of choice for proof-load testing, rigging, towing, anchor and mooring checks, and structural pull tests.
An aluminum body covers the 1–5 t models and alloy steel handles the 10–200 t range, each fitted with a 25 mm backlit LCD that stays readable in poor light. Peak-hold captures the maximum force reached during a test, two programmable set-points support safety and limit warnings, and unit switching across kg, lb, t, N, and kN suits both weighing and force work. Optional wireless indicators — handheld, panel, or printing — let crews read and log results from up to 30 m (98 ft) away, while three AA batteries deliver around 50 hours of operation.
Most Common Applications: Proof-load and pull testing, crane and hoist load testing, rigging and lifting force measurement, towing and winching, anchor, mooring, and structural tension tests.
