The Massload Static Trailer Weighing Scale System is an axle pad solution designed for real-time monitoring of tank trailer loading and unloading.
A typical setup includes two rear decks and one front deck. The standard configuration uses 84″ (2.13 m) axle pad decks, with 144″ (3.66 m) or 168″ (4.27 m) rear decks available depending on the trailer axle configuration.
The rear decks connect to Channel 1 of the indicator through a Y-cable, while the front deck connects to Channel 2 with an interconnect cable.
The M2000A-3 indicator, displays either front axle weight, rear axle weight, or total trailer weight. An Aurora remote display will mirror the live weight reading from a distance.
Optional features include a 4-20 mA analog output for system integration. This system requires either in-ground installation, or a ramp installed above ground.
Massload Truck Axle Scale pads provide a rugged, low-profile method for checking truck, trailer, and axle weights in the yard or at loading areas. With a very large weighing surface (30″ wide weighing surface) and a low profile (6″ low platform profile), these axle pads make it easier for drivers to position vehicles accurately while keeping installation and daily operation simple.
Axle pad systems are typically supplied in pairs, but they can also be configured with multiple decks to weigh larger truck and trailer combinations in a single static weighment.
Deck lengths are available to suit tandem, regular tri-axle, and extended tri-axle configurations, including 84″, 144″, and 168″ platforms.
For above-ground installations, axle pads can be used with ramps and placed on asphalt, concrete, or hard-packed gravel. These systems are forklift portable, allowing them to be moved between locations when needed. For permanent applications, the pads can also be installed flush with concrete in an in-ground pit-style layout.
This system is intended for static check weighing only and is not for use in legal-for-trade applications.
This truck axle scale system is designed for static check weighing applications. It is not legal for trade and should not be used where certified commercial weight transactions are required.
