The Massload ML 500 is a double-ended shear beam load cell designed for center loading and manufactured in Canada at Massload’s VCAP-certified facility. It is available in capacities from 15,000 lb to 125,000 lb (6,804 kg to 56,700 kg) for large-capacity weighing applications.
The ML 500 is a center-loaded double-ended shear beam load cell built for large-capacity industrial weighing. In a double-ended shear beam arrangement, the cell is supported at both ends, and the load is applied at the centre, which suits it to tank and hopper batch weighing, truck scales, and railway scales where high capacity and stable, repeatable readings are required.
The ML 500 is manufactured and tested at Massload’s VCAP-certified facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and Massload’s in-house engineering team is available to assist with application engineering and custom configurations.
Most Common Applications: Tank and hopper batch weighing, truck scales, OEM integration.
