102TH Double-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell
The Anyload 102TH is a nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell available in capacities from 25,000 lb to 125,000 lb (11,340 to 56,699 kg ) with IP67 protection and a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V ±0.25%. Carrying NTEP Class IIIL and OIML MAA C4 certifications, with lightning protection versions and ATEX, FM, IECEx options available.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The 102TH is a NTEP-certified nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell, covering capacities from 25,000 lb to 125,000 lb (11,340 to 56,699 kg) for mainly for truck scale applications. NTEP Class IIIL certification (multiple cell, nmax of 1:10,000) qualifies the 102TH for legal-for-trade weighing in the United States and Canada; OIML MAA C4 (minimum verification interval Y=15,000) for 11,340 to 56,699 kg. Sealed to IP67 with 3.0 mV/V ±0.25% full scale output, non-linearity and hysteresis both below ±0.023%, repeatability below ±0.017%, and creep below ±0.023%. Compensated temperature range is -10°C to +50°C (14°F to 122°F). A lightning protection version is available for 75,000 lb (102TH-75Klb-02) and a 60,000 lbs with a lightning protection plus rodent-proof cable version (102TH-60Klb-01-RP50ft). ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix.
Most Common Applications: Truck and platform scales, floor scales, tank and hopper weighing, legal-for-trade industrial weighing, batch processing.
