The ML 100 is Massload’s flagship Canadian-made single-ended shear beam load cell, designed and manufactured in-house at the company’s VCAP (Verified Conformity Assessment Program) certified facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. A single-ended shear beam load cell detects weight by measuring shear stress in the cell body, making it an extremely robust and versatile sensor for industrial weighing. The ML 100 is available in capacities ranging from 1,000 lbs to 20,000 lbs, with a high-phosphorous electroless nickel coating on 4340 alloy steel for superior corrosion and chip resistance. Multiple output options – including standard mV/V, 4-20 mA, 0-10 V, 0-5 V, ±10 V, and wireless – allow seamless integration with virtually any control system or PLC. Point loading is supported through load cell assemblies (TWA-10010 weigh module) or free-floating feet. Massload’s in-house engineering team is available to assist with custom configurations.
