The M1 is an entry-level digital weight indicator built for everyday industrial and commercial weighing applications where reliability, ease of use, and value are the primary requirements. Its 304 stainless steel enclosure with mounting bracket is designed to handle the demands of production floors, warehouses, and commercial facilities, while its weather-resistant construction tolerates the dust and moisture common in those environments.
The DYNArrest Vibration Filtering System delivers fast, stable readings even in high-vibration settings such as busy processing lines or truck loading areas, reducing operator wait time and improving throughput. Two RS-232 serial ports provide flexible connectivity to printers, computers, and remote displays, and optional wireless communication further extends its integration possibilities.
The M1 supports programmable weigh tickets and macros, making it straightforward to customize for ticketing workflows in agriculture, receiving docks, Original Equipment Manufacturer (Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)), and trade applications. A Category 1 Audit Trail and password protection ensure accountability for legal-for-trade use.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.
NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales.
For NBSCIA's purpose to check crop yield and estimate tones of manure applied and fertilizer application on test plots the Ultraslim LCD proved to be the best choice.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
