Massload ML 120 Single-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell
The Massload ML 120 is a single-ended shear beam load cell with a non-threaded hole on the load side, available in capacities of 5,000 lb, 10,000 lb, 15,000 lb, and 20,000 lb (2,268 kg, 4,536 kg, 6,804 kg, and 9,072 kg).
The 5,000 lb model is stainless steel with IP68 sealing and the 10,000 lb to 20,000 lb models are electroless nickel-plated alloy steel rated IP67, all offered with open wire, M12 5-pin, or Deutsch 6-pin connector options.

The ML 120 is a single-ended shear beam load cell designed for weighing systems where the load is applied through a plain, non-threaded hole on the load side, allowing a bolt or pin to pass through the cell. This makes it a practical choice for platform scales, floor scales, vessel weighing systems and OEM equipment integration where several cells share the load and the structure is assembled around them.
As a shear beam, the ML 120 measures weight through shear stress in the beam, delivering stable, accurate readings in a compact profile.
Capacities range from 5,000 lb to 20,000 lb (2,268 kg to 9,072 kg). Choose the 5,000 lb stainless steel model, sealed to IP68, for wet or corrosive areas, or the 10,000 lb to 20,000 lb electroless nickel-plated alloy steel models, rated IP67 and operating from -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to +176°F), for outdoor and heavy-duty industrial use.
